About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Science in Social work from the University of Texas at Arlington, preceded by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. I individualize therapy to each person using a wide range of techniques and approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

My goal is to create a supportive and empowering space to encourage you to draw from your strengths in order to overcome current challenges and gain a greater sense of meaning and satisfaction in life.

I work with individuals on a wide range of issues, including aging, bereavement, trauma, relationship and family difficulties. Our work often results in unblocking self-defeating relationship patterns, an increased ability to manage stress and an improvement in communication skills. I have extensive experience working with older adults and those struggling to cope with medical issues.
